I started a chimney at 06:00. 20 pieces of chicken, one corned beef brisket, two racks of spares, two racks of baby backs all went on at 07:00. Life is gooooooooooooooood in the smoke! (Sorry Capt, didnt mean to steal your words.) [-o<
