4 large yellow onions
1/4 cup bacon drippings
1 20 oz bottle catsup
1/4 to 1/2 cup Texas Pete or other hot sauce
1/3 cup sugar
salt and pepper to taste.
Peel taters and onions and cut into large chunks. Cover with water
in a large pot. Add remaining ingrediants, stir and bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are soft, about 30 to 40 minutes.
Serves 15 to 20.

BBQ Chicken Honey Sauce
1 1/3 cups of Heinz Ketchup
1 tb of butter
2 tbs of honey
1/4 cup of dark brown sugar
1/4 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
1/8 cup of Beer
1 clove of garlic crushed
Finely chopped green onions
1 tb of Worcestershire Sauce
Bring to boil, lower temp and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
