Got the Fairbanks clan coming down for the weekend. Got 2 briskets and 4 butts on overnight tonight.

For me, this weekend starts out with

Saturday:
Some boneless chops about 2 inches thick,
Twice baked potatoes,
Grilled Asparagus
Grilled Corn on the Cob
Salad.


Sunday:
Some ST. Louis Cut Ribs
Grilled Potatoes Skins
Grilled Corn on the Cob
Mixed Grilled Vegetables
Greek Salad


Monday:
Thinking of maybe a TriTip
Some Pan Fried Noodles
Baked Potato's
Asian Grilled Vegetables
Salad

11/4" rib eyes are marinating for today! Burgers and Dogs tomorrow at the lake while watching some high speed boat racing. Monday, relaxing @ the pool catching some rays.

Sorry about the weather. Its been a bit unsettled looking around here too. Got to squeeze some outdoor cooking in where it can fit. They saying in the paper the storm cellar folks are apt to make a good living for a while. Wished I knew how to drive one of them drag bucket hole digger things..kick kick.

I got 2 pork butts going on the UDS late tonight, and bbq chicken, hot dogs and bbq beans tomorrow for a surprise 90th birthday party for my Mom.
