I have a question. If I am cooking 6 racks of ribs with a rib rack on my WSM, How do I glaze them at the end? There isn’t room to lay out all 6 racks so do I put the sauce on them and then put them back in the rib rack? Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks!

Finney I read the question correctly the first time and gave my opinion on what I'd do.
 
This is the reason I want a bigger smoker/grill
We fire up the kettle to glaze r2d2 is great and it sucks
 
I guess I should clarify why I am asking this question. I am going to be competing in a BBQ rib contest on Dec. 10th and I was curious if I needed to bring a second grill or if my WSM could handle all of it. Normally I just bring them inside and use the oven broiler to glaze them. I think I will try to add the sauce and then put them back into the rib rack. That way all I bring is my WSM. Nice and Easy!!
