What to do

I have a question. If I am cooking 6 racks of ribs with a rib rack on my WSM, How do I glaze them at the end? There isn’t room to lay out all 6 racks so do I put the sauce on them and then put them back in the rib rack? Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks!

Take the rib rack out of the WSM.
Close lid.
Take 1 rack of ribs out of rib rack.
Glaze.
Replace rib in rack.

Repeat (until all ribs are glazed)

Open lid.
Put rack (full of ribs) back into WSM.
Close lid.

Take them out and either use another grill or your broiler.

Finney I read the question correctly the first time and gave my opinion on what I'd do.
