What should Wolfe Rub look like?

I've had several people ask about mixing Wolfe Rub in a food processor and what the texture should be like. I made up a batch of Original and Bold this morning and here are some pic's to give you an idea of how I like it blended. Hope this helps!

Wolfe Rub Original

Thanks Larry, but you've got the name wrong. It's now called Griff's Polar Rub.

You guys are so cold!

Thanks for the reference pics, Larry. That's great to have.

Coincidentally, just today I scored a gently used Cuisinart food processor on craigslist.
