I think we need a good tamale recipe posted in the recipe section. :!:

If any of you guys ever go fishing on Toledo Bend there is a little town in Lousiana called Zwolle. It is south of Many La. They have a tamale fesitval every year that is a pretty big gathering for such a small town.
