What are you having for breakfast?

Lit the WSM about 90 minutes ago.

Guess I need to hit the store really quick to get some English muffins for the egg mcfatty sandwhiches. Hope Amy's parents enjoy them. I've never done them with tater chips before. Ribs for lunch of course

Looking good Eric.

Have you coated the rim of your wsm with something ? Or is that just the way it looks ?

Thanks Cliff. WSM looks fine in the daylight. I think my camera flash distorted the WSM rim. One more reason my boo needs to hit up Circuit City for a new CAMERA. hint..hint..hint. for Xmas. Food porn would certainly improve.

RE: update:
All out of fatty. Amy's not the biggest beef/swine fan, I put a store bought rotesserie chicken on the Q for 15 minutes and gave it a strong dose of apple smoke. I don't think she can complain. If she does, I'll eat that along with the ribs.

Dinner tonight:
Ribs, homemade potato salad (Amy), Rottesserie chicken (Boston Market, but smoked by Eric), green salad (Amy's mom) and apple pie (Sara Lee). Will post those later.

pics so far:

;

Note: I understand animal pics are usually only limited to what's going on the grill. This exception is because my cat woke up out of a sound sleep when he noted me taking pics of the EMFs. He probably got a wif of one too. I only reserve the right to toss him on the grill if he acts badly AND we find a way to clean the hair off the grill

Note: Boston Market bird - I'm only adding some apple smoke to "enhance" its flavor.

Note: smoke. only took 15 minutes to make this bird tasty. Not expecting (nor desiring a smoke ring since Mrs. Wildfireeric is sensitive to Goodyear tire taste on poultry).
