I am not exactly sure what these are...but my in-laws have requested me to do them tomorrow. Any ideas on how long they will take and what "ribs" these are? Or is it chopped up pork butt in rib lengths?

Thanks for your help in advance! :D

Well, I am back from BJ's with 3 racks of BB ribs and almost 6 lbs of "country style" ribs...which is pork loin cut in to strips. I don't think they will take very long at all to cook...maybe 3 or 4 hours at most!

Any other people with experience doing these!??

Greg,

"Country Style Ribs" are usually a Butt, sliced with or without the shoulder bone.

I just grill them over high heat 'just till done or rub em' up and cook at 225° for 3 hours.

Yup, you guys are right... I have seen them both ways as well. I just haven't seen the loin type for a long while. I prefer the loin type myself.

I`ve done country or western ribs many times. They`re cheap and meaty.
Sometimes I trim them because they can be fatty. but, I just
put a good rub on and smoke `em 3 or 4 hrs., always a hit!
