Gonna smoke some chicken, make some of that Buffalo dip, and make some twice baked taters. Got a brain storm and thought to stuff some of them taters with the buff dip. It all starts here...sausage in the pan,
taters oiled and sprinkled with Tony C in the oven.

Cappy that looks good. Man that chicken looks great. I never thought about stuffing a potato with the chicken wing dip, that’s a good idea. I often put Blue Cheese on my baked potato. Did you add the hot sauce to the dip, mine usually looks more of an orange color. Looks like you got the right kind of Blue Cheese. What did you think of the dip?
