Weekend cook / camp...

Sunday / Fathers day cook...and overnite camp at a local campground..

Clams and brisket on the menu with a potato salad I saw Tyler Florence make..(If I can find the recipe) at my Dad's house today.....

I cooked clams and the brisket for tonight last night..more clams for dinner tonight too..

proof for cook...




And our overnight digs...Kids came out...Had a great night...My kids are finally comming back around to the point where its fun to hang out with mom and dad...!!!

That is one fine looking rig there John!
I remember seeing TF make that 'tater salad it looked really tasty.

lot's of folks put a dash of hot sauce on their oysters down here.
I like it too sometimes, but clams just need butter imho
