More pics before it all gets packed up.

I am amazed at how much weight is lost while smoking butts and briskets. Then to top it off the foodsaver shrinks everything up small enough to fit both butts in one hand and a whole brisket in the other.

Got to love it... all that work just to seal it away for another time...I do the same thing and it sure pays off.. Great presentation Cliff...

I hear ya with the weight loss! I cook bone in picnics and they lose even more when you consider the bone factor!
