Two butts and a brisket on the uds at this hour. I am hoping everything will be ready to come off between 8 and 10 in the am.

More pics before it all gets packed up.

I am amazed at how much weight is lost while smoking butts and briskets. Then to top it off the foodsaver shrinks everything up small enough to fit both butts in one hand and a whole brisket in the other.

Got to love it... all that work just to seal it away for another time...I do the same thing and it sure pays off.. Great presentation Cliff... :D

hahahhaa No Sh** I've done that a few times now and it kills me that I dont eat it all up!
