Hey Thanks Yall!
My favorite Q food is beef ribs, my kids like chicken & the wife sausage.
But for the yeild per person VS. grill area, my grill cant feed an army of the above, I had 12 cajuns over for the race with 1 whole briskit, 1 butt 2 fatties & turds was a perfect amount. some took doggie bags. If it aint rainin this weekend I'm Qin again
