Way tooooo long since I've done a brisket.

and the smell has been KILLING me all day !
I threw a 6+ pound flat on this morning at 9 over RO lump, hickory, white oak, and maple.

It chugged along....and along...and stalled at 150.

Finally it was ready for foil.

Took it up to 190 and now it's in the oven sleeping... Shhhhhhh.
