Updated pictures...Smoking Ribs Today

Today I知 doing ribs. I知 using the Bar-B-Chef for the ribs and using the WSM for the left over meat to smoke for beansetc.

The rub is Texas BBQ Rub Original.

I plan on doing ABTs later today.

The weather is beautiful today.

Here are the pictures.

Looks like a fine way to spend the day. What is that green stuff on the ground?

bet them animals over at the zoo are smelling that and
licking their lips.

Which reminds me, when I was a teenager I went to that zoo
and there was a petting area with a cow. Why anyone would want
to pet a cow is beyond me, but I did it. So I'm standing there
petting his head, and a reaches out and starts chewing on my
shirt. For the rest of the day I had this big wet spot on my shirt.

Glad he wasn't any shorter.

I was worried for a few moments where that story was going

Captain...we live about 7 minutes from the zoo. It is really a pretty nice zoo.

Here are the finished pictures. Everyone enjoyed the ribs and the ABTs.
