Everything was delicious! Wings were crispy and the beans were outstanding.
 
Love the aluminum pan idea! I usually just chuck one in the bottom of the foil covered water pan on the WSM. This would work much better. I only use the water pan when doing brisket. Love the flavor of any meat fat dripping on hot coals.
