Two Overnight Butts

My wife's nephews came down from Illinois for their Spring break and wanted some Q. I got 2 7.5lbers from Sams and here we are at about 3am. The things we do for family!
Supposed to get chilly here, by South Florida standards at least, down to about 47*. Should be coldest by sunrise. At least I have a nice fire to sit next too and a couple adult beverages to get me through it all. :P

Pulled them off at about 195* and let them sit in the cooler for about an hour before we ate. The boys wanted to go to the go cart track and do a round of mini golf so I was late getting the pics up. The beer held up nicely throughout the cook too! Just got home from the airport sending them home, now my vacation can start!

My neighbor brought over a big jar of SBR Hickory and Brown Sugar sauce. Man that stuff is good!

Those are some good looking butts you got there, and trust me I've spent 50+ years learning to recognize a great looking butt when I see one.
