Two first for me

Went to the store today and found some beef ribs and decided to smoke up some. While I was ther picked up some Japs to make some ABT's with. These are two first for me. Rub the ribs down with some world famous WOLFE RUB and stuffed the peppers with cream cheese, pan sausage and wrapped in bacon. Also put on some jalopena and cheese deer sausage.

Ribs rub with WRO

Deer sausage with jalopena and cheese

Peppers and stuffings

Ribs and abt's on the smoker

Finished the cook up and had some fire left so I threw some burgers on to have something to carry to work to eat this week. While I was finishing the cook of the neighbors dog came over for a visit. She is a 7 month old Great Dane.

Put the grate in the fire box and grill a few burgers.

My plate and ready to eat

ABT's Yum

7 month old visitor

The great danes name is Athena and she already stays at our house more than she does her own. If I can get a picture of our dog playing with the dane I will post it.
