Turkey Smorgasboard

3 Turkey orders.......2 15lbers and one (as big as I can find is what they asked for) 24lber. Biggest one I've ever done was 20lbs.... as soon as I get them on the WSM's Mother Nature got mad and stormed like a mad man!

GARY how many heads are on the turkeys you're raising?? I had one with 2 necks!

The little helper..

One 'Ball Crazy Dog' that wants turkey!

Fry a 24 lb turkey and hope ya got room for it in ya frying pot. I have done 2 of this size and both were awesome. It just takes more time to get them done.

Depends on the size and temperature you cook them. I cook my turkeys in the 240-265 range and a 15lber will take around 4.5 - 5 hours.
