turkey legs...help

I am in need of finding a supplier of big turkey legs in a mass quantity. Has anyone got any idea who I can contact to find a supplier? I have an event coming up and they want turkey legs.

Last time my old chum tole me about getting rich by selling precooked turkey legs at a big rodeo he claimed to have got them from a Turkey Ranch in E. Texas. He say it was less than a buck a leg for some huge legs and sold all he had for five. He say a health goon was in the vending trailer with him and stuck every leg with an instant read gauge to make sure it say 160 or whutever was the current trend back in them days. Now hope you aint planning on cooking raw legs..shudder. That would be a chore.
