Getting ready for my first turkey on the WSM, brining tonight, smoking tomorrow. More pictures when the smoke rolls.
 
Oak, it was a small 12 pounder. It fit, but was pretty tight, although it held 1 gallon of brine too. I did double bag after almost having a disaster with a single bag. T- Day I plan on a bigger bird so will use double bag with Reynolds oven turkey bags and put it in a small cooler with ice. No more disasters in the fridge.
