Turkey breast cook tonight

Threw this on at 325 for about 3 hours. It was cheap and froze when I got it. So after a few days in the fridge it got brined and then injected and then cooked:









And plenty left for sammiches.

Man that sure looks good. Some times I smoke a breast just to keep the the frig to slice up for cold cuts.

That's called a "Tipsey Chicken" holder for cooking a beer butt chicken. The turkey had a cavity and I said what the heck. I wanted it to stand upright anyway.
