Turkey and Ham

Put a 16lb Bird on the cooker around 10 a.m. this morning, internal temp is around 100* now. Just added an 11lb ham studded with cloves and will be glazed with a Honey Glaze. It's pretty windy and cold right now, but LuLu is holding great temps!

Thanks guys!! Well the turkey is almost done and the ham has about another hour!

ML, all I did to the ham was stud it with cloves and towards the end of the cook I start to drizzle the honey glaze over it about every 20 minutes or so to build layers of flavor.

Larry that last picture looks mighty similar! Just had some leftovers for dinner! Family was fed, the neighbors got fed, whew, I'm ready for bed!

Hey Larry, those look fantastic. Sorry I'm so late with a reply but working 72 straight kinda puts a damper on the posting.
