Tuesday's cook is tonight's dinner

Got in a practice butt cook on Tuesday. Butts came off Tuesday night. Chilled for a couple of days and vacpacked on Thursday. Reheated in simmering water for thirty min tonight and served on a warmed roll with some KFC slaw.

I'm getting ready for my annual Christmas trip to Texas where there will be days of cooking........days I say.

Dang, Cliff - now I'm hungry for dinner and it's only 8am. Looks fantastic, man!

What sauce did you put on that sammy? Curious minds want to know.

Re: Tuesday's cook is tonight's dinner

That picture of the PP with the KFC Slaw is the reason I'm doing my own PP today. You should win an award for that picture ... maybe sell it to BBQ restaurants for their menu picture.
