Trying to beat the winter Blahs

Cold as heck here -15 (however with windchill -25) and windy oh my goodness windy.

These went on a couple of hours ago. Had to rack them all to fit into the wsm.

well today was the coldest day i ever Q'd in.

But it was well worth the effort.

They are all vac. sealed and in the freezer already.

Tried a new rub and sauce I have been working on. Hoping to use it in an Amateur level contest come this summer.
