Trying to beat the winter Blahs

Cold as heck here -15 (however with windchill -25) and windy oh my goodness windy.

These went on a couple of hours ago. Had to rack them all to fit into the wsm.

well despite the blistering winds. The frigid temperatures (-15 but -25 with windchill) they are coming along slowly but surely.

I couldn't even get my pit out of the garage if I had to! 2 ft on the ground in my yard and more on the way.

I've said it before. BBQ is better on cold snowy days.

well today was the coldest day i ever Q'd in.

But it was well worth the effort.

Wish I had taken a better picture

They are all vac. sealed and in the freezer already.

Tried a new rub and sauce I have been working on. Hoping to use it in an Amateur level contest come this summer.

Thank you for all the nice words. They are encouraging.
