Just got some Sucklebuster and Wolf Citris...

Used the Citrirs on some baked fish last night. The flavor was good, but I thing I may have put a bit too much on. I should have treated it more like a seasoning. All in all we liked it and can't wait to use it again. We're thinkng about using it on some chicken next...

Cooked up some beef for a sammy with the Sucklebuster. Good stuff...Interested on the results of using it on a brisket..anyone ?
 
Sorry...not really much of a cook....Last night in tonight...Hopefully doing some BB's this weekend..

SB will go fine witha brisket - I think you will find it a litlle "less pronounced" than some...Just slather 'er up reeeeel good. U be fine.
