Tried minion method today

So far its the only way ive ever tried and my WSM rides almost perfectly at 225 with a 1/2 panfull of water. :D
 
The MM has been around for years...why would you be skeptical? I wouldn't have idiots on my radio show!! :LOL: 8)
 
First few times I used the WSM I followed the directions, got the ring full of ash-gray charcoal, and then spent the rest of the cook trying to get down to something less than pizza-oven temps. 230°? are you kidding?

Now that I'm a lot smarter, I never consider doing anything but Minion Method.
