Well, its all done and over now! The food is almost all gone with the exception of a few snacks that will keep me from cooking on Monday! Here is how it all finished out...

Now thats good eats indeed nicely done. I am doing spare ribs today , going to cut them St. Louis style , bought 2 whole slabs so I could trim em and cook the cut away pcs as well , will take pics and post before and after pics as well.
