Todays brisket using the SmokyOakie method

Sucklebusters Hoochie Mama rub overnight.

Applied black pepper before searing the brisket

Seared the brisket to a black char on the Performer.


Resting

And sliced. Very happy with the way the brisket turned out.

Good looking brisket Vermin. I'm trying one today. Using the low & slow method with a mop. Hope it comes out as nice as yours.
