Today is turkey day at my house also

Yeah Larry, great minds think alike! I only did one because I also did pork tenderloin medalions! I wrapped the pork medalions in bacon and rubbed some with Big Rons rub and some with mine. Grilled them direct until they hit 145*. We also made some Alabama White Sauce that I thought we would use on the turkey, but it was just as good on the pork! My wife made cucumber salad and an orzo salad.

That is some great looking turkey Nick.

I have never tried pork cooked that way before. It is on my list.
