The Special Tonite is...

Chicken!!

Thighs to be specific. I got some knox's rub in the first of the week. Couldnt wait to try em out! I'm very impressed with the flavor of the rub. Two Thumbs up from this fat guy..

I had to double look the pic of the chicken thighs
in that oven pan... thought for a second that you may
have sinned and baked them in the oven

I however quickly noticed the grill marks !

Thanks for all the kind words. We just made some steak with the Cracked Pepper Rub (first real food I have had in what seems like a week) and it was a real treat.

You may want to try the Jamaican Jerk dusted over some blanched green beans.
