The Perfect Start To A 3 1/2 Week Vacation

So I started vacation last week; I took the family to Maui for a week and now today is my first day back home. I couldn't think of a better way to start a vacation by going to Hawai'i and then smoking some ribs, chicken and a coned beef (for some awsome Rueban Sandwiches.

I made my own sauce for these. It's a kitchen sink type sauce.
