Last night was my wifes 38th birthday. I remembered yesterday while she was at work. (Thanks for remindin' me!) I ran out and and bought a 2.25lb. salmon fillet. I carved a watermelon the best my skills could do. I also forgot the cheese for the bacon bread. She gets home at five. Me and the kids started cooking everything at roughly 4:45. I subsituted craisins and red onion in the bacon bread, then added blue cheese to my plate after it came out of the oven burned. It was pretty good. Ohj and we had rice too. Enjoy the pics.

You pulled that together in a pinch and did an excellent job.

Thanks! It was a pinch too. She walked in b4 it was all tabled. I made her wait in the other room.

Cap: Ya, I shoulda wiped the sand outta the eyes and brushed its teeth. Once again it was the pinch thing. :D

I cut it out with a pumpkin cutter that you get in the kids kit.
