I was at a Seminar this weekend for the SCBA. This guy popped into three completely different conversations during my visit to Columbia, SC.

The conversations led me to a place called Cannon's BBQ out toward Prosperity, SC. Ribs, chopped pork, and chicken, cooked in a large piece of pipe, over oak coals burned down in a burn barrell. Good stuff Maynard!

It was very good Q!

Posts like this make me think that good idea for the Board would be restaurant listing organized by state. We're always seeing post requesting info about a specific town or area. It would be cool if there was a centralized listing. Just an idea Greg.

yeah I've collected a staggering amount of info on q joints in the Carolina's, but don't have it formatted in any way. If we had a place
here, I think it would build some traffic. I get contacted at least twice a
month regarding q joint locations for travelers.
