Finally got to freezing after 3 Month of a horror show!

Never seen ribs cooked like that before, they sure do look good!!! What do you do with the onion and pineapple, eat them with the ribs or add them to beans?

Give it a go V I use the pineapple /onion as is and added to rice/beans/pasta lots of choices!

I'm sitting on the beach in Jamaica and that damn snow picture reminded me what I'll be coming back to, but those ribs look great, like the others never seen them done that way.
