Tacos pollo y fajita de Sapo...

aka fajitas & chicken Tacos

Inner Fajita all he had..

Good ole Goyo "bitter orange" marinade

New BBq Garda @Sapo's house

Nice and HOT..time to sear shut..


Butter, rub and salt to create flare-ups...

Flare baby flare...

gettin there

No intruders today!!

always slice longways or against grain...

Fresh-out da yard!!-BOy..

Gettin my pepper spray ready...-oh yeah!!!

End result- Tacos de Sapo!!!
