I am still stuffed. The turkey was very moist. Bruce gave me the idea to stuff it with orange, apple and celery. I also injected with butter marinate.

 
Looks great Cliff Citrus will overpower due to the oil & acid in the fruit & peel
 
btw folks, that's Cliff's famous asparagus casserolle in the pic....you'll see
one in my food pics too...great recipe Cliff! Even my daughter likes it, and she hates everything!
