I know people eat it rare, but next time I am going to cook it more... Niko's Steakhouse in Corpus has the best Prime Rib around these parts.....

Sapo, try it again......you can make it as good or better than you can get it in any restaurant.

Looks good SS and a standing rib roast is one of my favorites. I usually take mine to an internal temp of 130 to 135 then let it rest for 1/2 hour before slicing. That way the folks who like it med can take some cuts from the end the the folks that like it rare can enjoy some bloody goodness from the inner cuts.
