I don't think I've ever seen beef ribs with that much meat on them.

If you can find a butcher shop that sells or handles bone in ribeyes, you can usually get them to cut you some bones. You may have to barter some Q on the front end, but it is possible to get them that meaty.

Yummy Yummy YUMMY!

I love beef ribs, but they're always so fatty when I've tried making them.

Problem is you don't know until you're done cooking.
 
That's some double damn fine there boy! Beef ribs around here SUCK! I call a Lockport small butcher every now and then for them but gave up cuz all the meat is trimmed off them :roll: Think he's a hack and pack guy.
 
Wow JB! I love beef ribs... but I've never seen any close to those with that much meat left on 'em. Great score!
