I have tried them but I don't know if I’m doing something wrong they have not come out the way I would like. What temp do you cook them to? How long are cooking for?

CW, nice job! I just purchased sausage meat at Resturant Depot already out of the casing, or never put in the casing I guess. I've never tried them with mushrooms in them, gonna try it next time! Thanks
