Sunday Evenin' Fixin's

Wife & I decided to do one of our favorites that we haven't had in a while. Hope you enjoy the pix.

Smoked Ham Hock wife cooked the white beans with

Spicy relish I buy from local Meenonites @ local Farmers' Street Market

Baked in oven Hog Jowl. Take out and paper towel blot. Leaves crisp & crunchy & not greasy.

My bowl of beans flavored with ham bits cooked in & spicy homemade chow chow style relish

Finished product: Hawg Jowl BLT![/img]

Sure does look good. Wished I knew how to work my camera and post pics so I coulda sent yall one of my tunafish sandwich. Warden made the tunafish and I added raw garlic..slice up rat cheese...onyawn and mayo on mine. I then drank about half a cup of ho made Tex Mex picante sauce for dessert. Washed it all down with a big slug of raw ogranic apple cider vinegar just to prevent any potential burps. I even got fancy and toasted the bread.
