Baked in oven Hog Jowl. Take out and paper towel blot. Leaves crisp & crunchy & not greasy.

Sure does look good. Wished I knew how to work my camera and post pics so I coulda sent yall one of my tunafish sandwich. Warden made the tunafish and I added raw garlic..slice up rat cheese...onyawn and mayo on mine. I then drank about half a cup of ho made Tex Mex picante sauce for dessert. Washed it all down with a big slug of raw ogranic apple cider vinegar just to prevent any potential burps. I even got fancy and toasted the bread.

Toby once you go Jowl.....bacon will never be the same! Let me know how you like it if you try it.
