Sunday cook...

Started out last night with 2 butts..One for home and one for camp next weekend..Having a gang down to do the roof..



Also did some ABT's..saved a couple and wrapped them in prosutto (sp?)..chilled them, then sliced them..they were a hit..



Grilled some marinaded chicken for the wifes dinner and lunch this week...



And some ribs..Dinner was Ribs, salad and cheese rice..



Also did my sauce which will be heading down to Cappy in the am !!!

was the proscuitto wrapped around the abts in the pics?

Looks like they are the lil ones on the edge of the plate.
When I first looked at it I though that was the design on the plater.
