Ok, I will try to explain the process best as possible. I bought two racks of baby-back ribs and removed the membrane from the bone side of both. I then rubbed stone ground mustard on both sides of each, You can use regular mustard instead. I then rubbed http://www.Sucklebusters.com Comp rub #1 on each side. In the mean time I had my Kamado aka " BBQ Pit" warmed up to 275 degrees F. I also used some "cherry wood pellets" from http://www.bbqrsdelight.com" to smoke the ribs. I left the ribs on the BBQ Pit for about 4 hours or so... Before removing them I took some "sucklebusters.com" BBQ Sauce and mixed it with honey and warmed it up then coated each side of the ribs and lowered the BBQ Pit temp to about 225 for 15 minutes... I then removed the ribs and let them rest for 10 minutes before cutting and devouring everything except the bones!!!! Hope this is enough information for yall... Sorry about not explaining on previous videos... God Bless.
