I picked up an Italian sausage dressing stuffed chicken breast from the butcher. Gave it 30 minutes on smoke and another 45 minutes at 350º in the Traeger. Flash fried some fresh asparagus & garlic in butter, good eats.

Looks great John. They had a recipe in our local news paper some time ago for crawfish stuffed deboned whole chicken. I never tried it.

Is there another name? Looks outstanding!!! :D

Local butcher shop sells them. They have all kinds of dressings, broccoli & cheese, sausage, etc. I just tried a stuffed pork chop with apple & cranberry dressing, gonna make that dressing for thanksgiving.
