Great pics! Can I ask how big that hog was - and how long it took to cook? I am doing a 150 lb hog in 2 weeks and would love to get some idea how long this thing will take!

The pig was 89lbs. I usually figure 1 hour per 10lbs. We ate at 5, I put it on at 8, it got done a little early about 4:30. I dont mind that, I just cut the heat and let it rest.
