Rubbed them down last night with my rub and placed on the smoker today at noon. They were ready to be chowed down by 5:30!! Here's the pics

One slab was for me,wife, and daughter and the other was for her grandparents. He called mins after he got'em and said they were the best he has ever ate.

Good Lawdy Boy..you do know how to cook ribs in my book. Now they may tastes like *hit. Who knows? Cant tell by looking. Let me know if you need my snail mail for free testing of free evaluation samples. I'm sorta like Judge Roy Bean..I give it a fair trial right before the hanging. Let me know.
