Broke out the Lang I bought last fall to try it out for the first time.
I wanted to do some baby back ribs. I have a rib and brisket comp coming up in a few weeks.
I threw on 6 racks (to sell ) , the same amount I will be cooking at the comp.
The people I sold them to sent me back pics of the bones, but no cut pics
