Split chickens w/white BBQ sauce

Got a dinner with family tonight. Decided to BBQ some split chicken with white BBQ sauce. Made the white sauce last night and rubbed the split chicken with my rub. Let both sit in the fridge over night. Below you will see a pic of the white sauce and a pic of 2 of the split chickens I have rubbed.

Yup sure did. We just got back from my parents house. Only thing left was chicken bones :) Cooked them for about 1 hour and then let them sit on the grill for about 30 mins in foil before I packed them in the cooler for the haul to my parents house. Below is a picture of them after being on the grill for about 30 mins or so. The white sauce was a hit to! Wished I would have wrote the measurements down :( I will next time.

The key to making white sauce yourself is to make it 24 hours before using. This allows the vinegar and other ingreds to mingle. If you was to make it right before you are to use, it would be the nastiest crap you have ever tasted.
